SLIPPER INNER & COLLAR
100% genuine 1st-grade sheepskin leather with thick pure wool for comfort and warmth.

SLIPPER UPPER
100% genuine bovine leather.

SOLE
The textured EVA rubber wedge sole is 6mm at the toe and 12mm at the heel.

These thick soles create a barrier between your feet and chilly floors, prevent slippage, are durable, crack resistent, waterproof and ok for light outdoor use.

Fitting Instructions

Sizes are unisex (fits men and woman) and are in line with UK sizing.

Slippers are true to size. Therefore, it's advisable that one orders the same size slipper as what your normal shoe size is.

Slippers should feel snug on your feet at first. This snugness will reduce after a few wears as the wool flattens and leather stretches to fit one’s foot comfortably.

If you live in Johannesburg and would like to pop past River Club, Sandton to fit a pair before purchasing, please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient date/time.

Guarantee

Should there be any manufacturing defaults, we offer 6 months guarantee from date of purchase.

Delivery

We aim to book the courier on the same day as your order is placed.

Orders are dispatched from Johnannesburg and delivered nationwide at a cost of R99.00 per order.

Delivery takes between 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on where the package is going to. Johannesburg delivery takes about 1 working day.

We do not ship internationally (sorry).

Care Suggestions

* Use a soft bristled brush to gently remove dust, debris or dirt from wool.

* Spot clean wool gently by hand with luke warm water and liquid wool detergent. Air dry.

* Do not machine or hand wash the whole slipper. One should not wash leather.

Apply the Spotless Leather Clean & Feed onto the upper leather part of the slippers. This helps remove dirt, dust, some stains and debris whilst replenishing the necessary oils, restoring the leather's softness, flexibility and lustre. Leather Clean & Feed prevents drying, cracking and premature aging of the leather.

I bought my first pair of leather sheepskin slippers in June 2024. I wanted a pair of sheepskin slippers forever, but I could not find anything locally, because leather slippers are not that easy to find. I waited a few years before I decided to Google to see what options were available and that is how I found Sheepskin Slippers. I read the advice given to determine the correct size as we were always told "buy your slippers one size bigger than your shoe size". However, after reading the suggestions I decided to order slippers in my normal shoe size. It worked like a charm. Slightly tight when you first put them on, but after a short while, the slippers stretched and they now fit snugly around my feet. The slippers are warm and soft and so comfortable. It took me quite a while before writing this review because I first wanted to experience wearing these slippers to give an honest opinion. I would also like to mention that my one foot is a bit of a problem because I fell a few years ago and my foot has never been the same again. However, both my feet just love these slippers. My thanks to Hazel Hoole for these wonderful slippers and finding the need to specialize in manufacturing such wonderful slippers. I have since bought a second pair. (You are more than welcome to shorten my review)
